Responsible for daily operations of the firm, which includes assisting private and public clientele in environmental studies associated with 1) alternate development policies, 2) investment strategies, 3) site development plans, 4) regulatory permits, 5) natural resource inventories and conservation, 6) environmental monitoring programs and 7) Phase I and Phase II' Environmental Site Assessments or Audits, including monitoring of contaminated sites and clean-up planning.
1985 to 1986 - Senior Environmental Specialist/Consultant; Fredric R. Harris/PRC Engineers,New York, N.Y. Responsible for 1) Environmental Impact Statements, 2) ecological studies, 3) pollution monitoring programs; 4) the determination of environmental requirements for regulatory compliance; 5) environmental licensing and permit analysis; and 6) project site selection, planning and constraint analysis in relationship to environmental aspects. Major responsibilities included 1) preparation of all environmental reports, 2) coordination of project teams composed of in-house personnel and subconsultants, varying from one individual to several, and 3) interaction with existing and prospective clients. Major environmental topics covered include toxic and hazardous materials and wastes, wastewater, solid waste, air pollution, noise, surface and ground waters, ecology, socioeconomics, industrial hygiene, safety, geology and soils, aesthetics and land use.

Involved, with major environmental studies including environmental impact statements, park design, natural resource inventories, pollution studies, and environmental monitoring programs, Most studies required extensive environmental inventories and sampling programs, analysis of existing conditions, assessment of the impact from development of another activity, and evaluation of mitigation measures.. Responsible for all ecological studies and water quality monitoring programs. Involved in projects concerning air pollution, noise, solid waste, water and wastewater treatment, historical architecture, prehistoric and historic archaeology, aesthetics, landscaping and land use. Participated in international projects and has been on assignment overseas.
1975 to 1976 - Project Environmentalist/Consultant - Havens and Emerson. Saddle Brook, New Jersey. Responsible for preparation of Environmental Impact Statements and special ecological studies associated with several large scale, wastewater treatment plant projects and wastewater management plans.
